Terms and Conditions

1. The Promotion is applicable to bookings made every Wednesday, from 0001hrs to 2359hrs (GMT+7 time zone), between 12 March 2014 and 4 June 2014, for stays between 12 March 2014 and 31 December 2014.
2. The offer is limited to the first 2,600 bookings.
3. The Promotion is available to qualifying and eligible cardholders of YES! Debit cards issued in Singapore.
4. Cardholders must pay with YES! Debit cards in order to enjoy the Promotion.
5. The Promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
6. The Promotion is applicable to merchant hotels at participating destinations and designated hotels (prepaid only) made through a dedicated landing page only at the following URL: www.agoda.com/visawedsg
7. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products or services.
8. The qualifying and participating cardholders are bound by the terms and conditions of Agoda.com and Visa.
9. In case of dispute, the decision of Agoda.com shall be final.
10. The Promotion discount is applicable to hotel room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees and additional charges).
11. Visa and/or Agoda.com can change the terms and conditions at any point of time.
12. The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa’s issuing Bank and the cardholder (payment facility, etc), which is at the issuing Bank’s sole discretion and for which Bank is solely responsible and liable.
