Terms and Conditions

1. *5% Cash Rebate is computed based on total nett fuel purchase in a calendar month on a per card basis using the same card.
2.  Fuel purchases by main and supplementary cards are not aggregated for computation of minimum S$350 worth of fuel purchases.
3. Cash Rebates will be credited and reflected two statement cycles from the month of transaction.
4. Promotion period shall be from 1 to 30 April 2014 (both dates inclusive)
5. Discounts will be applied to prevailing pump prices of fuel purchased.
6. Discount rates stated may be subject to change from time to time without prior notice. Please check onsite for prevailing rates.
7. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any gift/product/services.
8. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC Bank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in gift/product or deficient or inferior services, and/or for any loss, injury, damage of harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any gift/product/services by any person at any time without notice.
9. OCBC Bank’s decision on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions will be final and binding on all participants.
