Terms and Conditions

1. This Lucky Draw is open to all passengers who book from 1 November 2015 to 31 March 2016 and travel on SilkAir (Singapore) Private Limited ("SilkAir") flights, from Singapore only.
2. This Lucky Draw is open to Singapore citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above at the date of entry into the Lucky Draw. Employees of SilkAir (Singapore) Private Limited and MasterCard, their immediate families, affiliates, subsidiaries, related agencies, principal sponsors and suppliers associated with this campaign are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw. Corporations and other artificial persons are not eligible to participate in the Lucky Draw.
3. To participate in the Lucky Draw, Qualifying Cardholders must enter their details here.
4. Only tickets with serial numbers beginning with 629 issued by SilkAir are eligible to be used to participate in the Lucky Draw.
5. Only one purchase is valid per entry to the lucky draw.
6. Any collection, use and disclosure of participants' personal data will be in accordance with SilkAir's Privacy Policy, a copy of which is available on silkair.com for SilkAir. By participating in the Lucky Draw, the participant signifies that he/she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, SilkAir's conditions of use of website and SilkAir's Privacy Policy.
7. The Prize is not exchangeable for cash or other item, and the Prize or any component or item of the Prize which is unutilized for any reason whatsoever cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
8. OCBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of any product/service. Notwithstanding, anything herein, OCBC shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any product/service by any person.
