How do I select my preferred 2FA Token? |

Apply for Mobile Phone Token via OCBC ATM |

Select More
Services > Internet / Mobile Phone Banking > Internet /
Mobile Banking 2FA Services > 2FA Token Switching or 2FA
Token Application > Mobile Phone Token and
follow the on-screen instructions.
An SMS notification containing a link to the OCBC Mobile Banking site will be sent to your mobile phone.
Click on that link to connect to the Mobile Banking site via your mobile phone
to download the Mobile Phone Token. Then follow these
steps to activate the token.

| Enter your mobile phone number (An SMS notification to download and activate the Mobile Phone Token will be sent to you). Click "Send SMS" to confirm. |

An SMS notification containing a link to the OCBC Mobile Banking site will be sent to your mobile phone.
Click on that link to connect to the Mobile Banking site via your mobile phone
to download the Mobile Phone Token. Then
follow these
steps to activate the token.
Click "OK" to exit this screen once you have successfully activated your Mobile Phone Token. |
