How do I select my preferred 2FA Token?

Apply for Hardware Token via OCBC ATM
 
Select More Services > Internet / Mobile Phone Banking > Internet / Mobile Banking 2FA Services > 2FA Token Switching or 2FA Token Application > Hardware Token and follow the on-screen instructions.

Your default address will be prepopulated. If the address is displayed incorrectly, click "cancel" to exit the selection process, then update your mailing address with OCBC via the "Change Mailing Address" function within Internet Banking before proceeding. Otherwise, click "Preview" to review your entry.

Perform a final check on your preferred 2FA Token type, your account number, as well as your mailing address. Then click "Submit" to complete the Hardware Token selection process.

Click "OK" to exit the Hardware Token selection screen. The Hardware Token will be sent to your address within the next 2 weeks.
