How do I select my preferred 2FA Token?
For
your convenience, you will be prompted to choose your
2FA Token when you apply for Internet Banking via the
ATM. Just select your preferred token and follow the
onscreen instructions.
If you have applied for
Internet Banking via a form or have an Internet Banking
account but have not selected your 2FA Token, you will
be automatically prompted to do so when you login to
Internet Banking for the first time. Just select your
preferred token and follow the onscreen instructions.
STEP 1
Login to your OCBC Internet Banking with your personal Access Code & PIN as usual.
STEP 2
Upon logging in, click on "2 Factor Authentication" and select "Token Request" on the left navigation menu bar. (Applies only to existing Internet Banking users. New users may ignore this step.)
STEP 3
Select your preferred Token out of the 3 choices available and click "Next".
