Requirements
For Singapore-based MA positions: A Masters degree from a reputable university, with a minimum of 2 years of full-time work experience. (This requirement is strictly enforced). As this is a junior executive role, ideally candidates should not have more than 6 years of working experience in total.
For Malaysia-based MA positions: A Masters degree from a reputable university, is preferred. However, candidates with excellent first degrees or equivalent professional qualifications, with significant work experiences will also be considered.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
In addition to academic excellence, applicants must have a demonstrated track record of achievements in non-academic pursuits with outstanding qualities such as leadership potential, communication skills and strong business sense.
Important Instructions

You can only apply for not more than TWO job roles per intake.
Incomplete, unclear and non-specific applications to the MA programme will be rejected.
Previous candidates who have undergone the Assessment Centre with OCBC previously need not re-apply.
Timeline and Sequence of Events:
The entire selection and interview process will take 2.5 months.
All applications will be screened and only eligible candidates invited for online testing. (Do complete the test within 7 days of receiving it)
Successful online test candidates will then be invited for a first round interview. (This may be in person or over the phone)
Subsequently, successful first round interview candidates will be invited for Assessment Centres (AC). These will take place in the second half of October in Singapore.
Finally, successful AC candidates will be invited for a final series of interviews, where selected candidates will be offered.
Successful candidates can then join the MA Training Programme commencing in mid-Jan 2011 (or July 2011 depending on university graduation cycle).
