To become a Management Associate (MA) with OCBC, you
need to first go through a rigorous selection process,
which includes individual and panel interviews, and
a one-day assessment centre.
We take the selection process very seriously - our
interviews are typically attended by a MAP Manager,
HR Managers, as well as Business Managers including
senior management. This is an opportunity for us to
get to know each other - you will discover more about
our businesses while we learn more about your professional
interests and expectations.
Successful candidates after the interview process will
proceed to our assessment centre program where they
will participate in a series of assessments such as
ability tests, group business case exercises, and individual
business presentations.
