What are the documents required for Limited Liability Partnership?
 1. Account Application - Business Form (Available at any OCBC Branch)
2. Board Resolution (Bank's Standard/ Company's)^ 
3. Certified True Copies of Photocopies of NRIC/Passport of all other Partners and Authorised Signatories
4. Minimum Deposit in Cash or Cheque  (Please refer to
pricing guide)

 

Note: In the event where any Director(s) is/are based Overseas, a Certificate from the Notary Public (Legal Council) to certify the signature of the Director(s) is required

^LLP to also submit their LLP Partnership Agreement, if avaliable
