Liquidity
OCBC has two tools to help you optimise your liquidity option- Zero Balance Account (ZBA) structure and Notional Pooling.
Zero Balance Account (ZBA) structure
Involves sweeping of funds from child account to a parent account
Provides automatic offsetting of negative and positive balances in child accounts
Brings balances in child accounts to zero at the end of each business day
Notional Pooling
Does not require physical movement of funds between accounts
Groups child accounts as one and calculates interest on the notional net pooled balance of all accounts
Automates interest allocation for child accounts
