Dear Valued Customer

A reminder that with your company’s migration to our new Velocity@ocbc (business internet banking) platform : https://velocity.ocbc.com , your access to the old platform will no longer be available 30 days after migration.

Please download all required transaction history from the old platform before your access is discontinued.

If you wish to use Internet Explorer 11 with Velocity@ocbc, you will have to add ocbc.com in the browser compatibility view settings. It’s easy – you can see how to do so here.

Oracle has released a new Java patch (version 7 update 51) for the Java browser plugin. This patch affects earlier versions of Java.
If you are presently facing problems logging into Velocity@ocbc, we recommend that you:

1.Uninstall your current Java version and install Java version 7
  update 51.

2.Go to Start >> Settings >> Control Panel >>Java
3.Click on Security >>Edit Site List >> Add https://bb.ocbc.com/

For further assistance, please call our Business Banking Commercial Service Centre at (65) 6538 1111 from 8.30am – 6.00pm (Mondays – Fridays).

If you are running Firefox version 21 & above, you may experience difficulty logging on to Velocity@ocbc intermittently and we are currently looking into this issue.  In the meantime, please downgrade your Firefox browser to access Velocity@ocbc.

Effective 1 June 2013, our previous generation token (a black oval-shaped device) cannot be used to login and access Velocity@ocbc.

If you are still using the previous generation token and have not activated your new token (a rectangular device with a number pad), please do so immediately.
